Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, providing information on services, promotions, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, managing records, and appointment scheduling.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide support as needed.
Maintain detailed logs of all calls and update the database with accurate information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or telecaller.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
