Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Morning Stand-up Meetings:
Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the development team to discuss progress, roadblocks, and goals for the day.
2. Coding and Development:
Work on assigned tasks or projects, which may include writing code for both front-end and back-end functionalities.
Collaborate with mentors to understand project requirements and contribute to coding efforts.
3. Learning and Skill Development:
Spend time learning new technologies or frameworks relevant to the projects, such as React, Node.js, or databases.
Engage in online courses or tutorials to improve coding skills and understand best practices.
4. Code Review:
Review code written by peers and provide constructive feedback.
Receive feedback on your code from mentors and team members to enhance your coding practices.
5. Debugging and Testing:
Test applications to identify bugs and issues, using tools or manual testing methods.
Work on debugging code and implementing fixes based on test results.
6. Documentation:
Update project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and API documentation.
Document learning experiences and challenges faced during development.
7. Collaboration:
Collaborate with designers and other developers to ensure a cohesive application design and functionality.
Attend team meetings to discuss project milestones, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.
8. Mentorship Sessions:
Schedule regular check-ins with mentors to discuss progress, ask questions, and seek guidance on challenges.
9. Wrap-up and Planning:
At the end of the day, review what was accomplished, update any task statuses, and plan priorities for the following day.
