We recruit young management postgraduates from several premier management technical/engineering institutes every year. The selection process includes group discussions, aptitude test and personal interviews. After a detailed induction programme of a month’s duration, the trainees go through on the job training for a year. They are absorbed in functional profiles after successful completion of their projects.
