We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with potential hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
