If you can find a needle in haystack, you are the candidate we are looking for !

Job Description

If you think you can find a needle in a haystack, have excellent computer skills, can speak fluent English, create excel charts and presentations with the touch of a button, you will fit the role of a Buyer. In the oilfield Industry, everything is wanted Yesterday. Project Sales Corp is among India's leading oilfield supplier selling over Rs.100 million of spares and consumables to the oil and gas industry every year imported from over 10 countries worldwide.

As a Buyer your work begins with an enquiry received from a client. You locate potential sources, get competitive quotes and than bid for the business with the client. Identifying the right suppliers is why we need exceptional computer skills with a focused work approach. Often these suppliers are not visible right away. They need to be traced through a proper study of the Google search results, import data from customs and so on.

At Project Sales Corp, this is the most challenging job and can be extremely remunerative after a year of experience. As a sourcing specialist you work with the best of oil drilling companies, supplier of rig spares and bid for business worth a few million dollars every year. We do't want a typical purchase background, because we don't do what others can. We go for those spares which a typical supplier can't find. So any background is okay as long as you think you are great at finding out things on the internet, can spend hours looking for suppliers for something as esoteric as a space heater; have decent computer skills - your hand types faster than you think !
