THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology is a greenhorn institute that was setup Uttarakhand Technical University in Tehri. Started in 2011, THDC aims at educational excellence in the field of Science and Engineering and offers academic programs (mostly B.Tech) in the areas of computer science, electronics, electrical and communication. THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology has an extremely high tech campus where everything is upgraded to the highest level. Even the faculties are ex-alumni from notable IITs/NITs.
