10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Role and Deliverable:
To handle Residential Sales for the project allocated
Conduct Client Visits, manage Walk In Clients at the Sales centre.
through of the entire project/ plans/ layout & Explanation of Features & Benefits of the Project
Handling any queries regarding the project/ milestones/ payments
Explaining the process of Bookings, agreement and registration to Prospective Buyers
Internal Coordination with Sales Head for dealing with exceptions/ objections if any
Continuous follow up with the prospective Clients till closure.
Contribute in exhibitions for promoting sales.
Explore new sales opportunities through client references.
Maintaining good relationship with customers pre and post sales.
Maintaining accurate records - Lead, site visit, customer profile
Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports to the business head.
